At Sajni The Designer, we take utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and securely.

Delivery & Dispatch

We currently deliver across India only.
Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders usually take approximately 2–7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp and/or email.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and locations. Any applicable COD charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Taxes & Duties

For all domestic orders within India, applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered mobile number and/or email address.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier or transportation delays, public holidays, strikes, natural disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, Sajni The Designer cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or logistics partner. However, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Important Information

Please ensure that your complete shipping address, PIN code and contact number are entered correctly while placing your order.

In case a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.
